Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, general meetings of the members and creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Insol House, 39 Station Road, Lutterworth, Leicestershire LE17 4AP, on 5 May 2010, at 11.00 am and 11.30 am respectively, for the purposes provided for in the said section.

Proxies for use at the Meeting should be lodged at the Company’s registered office, as above, not later than 12.00 noon on 4 May 2010.
