THE HARINGEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT AREA) (AMENDMENT NO. 115) TRAFFIC ORDER 2010
GLADSTONE MEWS / PELHAM ROAD, N22 – NEW AT ANY TIME WAITING RESTRICTIONS
- 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 9th March 2010 the Council of the London Borough of Haringey, hereinafter called the Council, made the above mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
- 2 The general effect of the Order will be to:—
- a introduce new lengths of double yellow line in:—
- i Gladstone Mews, N22, all that is public highway;
- ii Pelham Road, N22, the south-west side, between the north-western kerb-line of Gladstone Mews and a point 5 metres north-west of that kerb-line;
- a introduce new lengths of double yellow line in:—
so that the waiting of vehicles will be prohibited ‘at any time’;
- b introduce new double loading blips in:—
- i Gladstone Mews, N22, all that is public highway, except – the north-west side, between a point 12 metres south-west of the south-western kerb-line of Pelham Road and the public highway boundary;
- ii Pelham Road, N22, the south-west side, between the north-western kerb-line of Gladstone Mews and a point 5 metres north-west of that kerb-line;
so that the loading/unloading of vehicles will be prohibited ‘at any time’.
- 3 Copies of the Order, which will come into operation on 12th March 2010, of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order, together with plans and more detailed particulars showing the locations and effects of the Order may be inspected during normal office working hours, until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order is made, at Sustainable Transport Group, 1st Floor (South), River Park House, 225 High Road, Wood Green, London N22 8HQ.
- 4 Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order is made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
