CLARITY PURE DESIGN LIMITED

A Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving a final account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up.

The Meeting will be held on 29 March 2010 at 10.00am at Kent House, Romney Place, Maidstone, Kent ME15 6LH.

A Member entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his behalf, for which purpose a form of Proxy is available. This must be lodged with me not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the Meeting.
