Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a final meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the offices of B & C Associates Limited, Trafalgar House, Grenville Place, Mill Hill, London NW7 3SA on 20 April 2010 at 2.00 pm to be followed at 2.05 pm by a meeting of creditors of the company, for the purpose of receiving an account of the liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. There will also be a resolution to consider the destruction of the Company’s books and records twelve months after the date of dissolution. A member or creditor entitled to vote at either of the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member or creditor of the company. Proxies for both meetings must be lodged at the above address not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the meetings.
