THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. 409) ORDER 2010

  • 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Westminster City Council on 1 st February 2010 made the above Orders under sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
  • 2 The general effect of the Orders will be to provide additional residents’ parking spaces at the locations specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

Please note that the proposed additional residents’ parking spaces, adjacent to Nos. 1 – 11 Egerton House, Charlwood Street, opposite No. 25 Chesham Place, outside Nos. 36 & 12 – 22 Denbigh Street, outside No. 35 Wilton Crescent and outside Nos. 61 – 68 & 86 – 89 Wilton Road have been abandoned.

  • 3 The Orders, which will come into force on 8 th February 2010 and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection until the 15 th March 2010 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at One Stop Shop, City Hall, 62 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP.
  • 4 Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
