CADDE OPERATIONS LIMITED

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that final meetings of the members and creditors of the above named companies will be held at the offices of Antony Batty & Company, Third Floor, 3 Field Court, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5EF on 10 March 2010 at 10.30 am and 10.45 am respectively for Cadde Limited and 11.00 am and 11.15 am Cadde Operations Limited, for the purpose of laying before each of the meetings an account of the winding up and considering the following resolutions:

1. “That the Liquidator be granted his release.”

2. “That the Liquidator’s report be approved.”

3. “That the Liquidator’s receipts and payments be approved.”

A form of proxy for use at the meetings, if desired, should be lodged with the liquidator not later than noon of the business day before the meeting.
