Conveyance: Conveyance dated 3 December 1960 and made between Michael Edward Robert Pattinson (1) Collin Murray Pattinson (2) and Pattinson Estates Company (3).

Property: The Property known as land at Rayrigg Road, Bowness-on-Windermere, Cumbria LA23 3DA and excluding and reserving the part delineated and coloured red, on a plan held by the Treasury Solicitor under his above reference which is available for inspection at the office of the Treasury Solicitor, being part of the land comprised in the above mentioned Conveyance.

Treasury Solicitor: The Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury, of One Kemble Street, London WC2B 4TS (DX 123240 Kingsway).

  • 2 In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985 the Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom the property and rights of the company vested when the Company was dissolved) hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the Property the vesting of the Property having come to his notice on 6 January 2009.
