A notice is hereby given by UK World Evangelism Trust and UK World Evangelism Churches and Ministerial Council with headquarters in the United Kingdom. Registered office: 2a Gosterwood Street, London SE8 5NX. A religious organisation registered with the charity commission in England and Wales, Registration Number: 1057527.

In pursuant of the charitable objectives and articles of the Trust, the board of trustees and elders have examined and approved the election of Apostle Emeka Timothy Frank to be consecrated the Bishop of Heaven on Earth Prayer Ministries International and a Bishop of UK World Evangelism Churches and Ministerial Council (world wide). The said Apostle Emeka Timothy Frank, having accepted the statement of faith as stated in the trust deed and having exemplified himself as a minister (through his many years of Christian service), worthy of the office of a shepherd (Bishop) of the flock of Jesus Christ is hereby presented.

The consecration ceremony will be carried out on a future date which the board of trustees will set aside as a final step to him being made a Bishop. UK World Evangelism Trust and UK World Evangelism Churches and Ministerial Council follow strictly its guidelines in ordination of ministers, consecration of Bishops and inauguration of Archbishops within its fold and does not recognise any ordination, consecration or inauguration that does not follow a due process as we have received it from the church fathers.
