In accordance with paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986, notice is hereby given that meetings of creditors in the above matters are to be held at the offices of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 95 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 7JZ on 20 January 2010 at 11.00 am, 11.30 am, 12.00 noon and 12.30 pm respectively to consider my statement of proposals and to consider establishing a committee of creditors. If no creditors’ committee is formed at these meetings, a resolution may be taken to specifying the terms on which the administrator is to be remunerated. In order for creditors to be able to vote, details of their claims must be lodged at Grant Thornton UK LLP, 95 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 7JZ not later than 12.00 noon on Tuesday 19 January 2010.

Under Rule 2.38(1) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, proxies may be lodged at any time prior to the commencement of the meetings.
