At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at Circs Insolvency & Recovery, Dallam Court, Dallam Lane, Warrington, Cheshire, WA2 7LT on 18 December 2009 at 2.15 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Frederick Smethurst, of Circs Insolvency & Recovery, Dallam Court, Dallam Lane, Warrington, Cheshire, WA2 7LT, be and is hereby appointed for the purposes of such winding up.”
