At a General Meeting of the above named company, duly convened and held at 3rd Floor, Lyndean House, 43-46 Queens Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 3XB, on 23 December 2009 the following Resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that I Cadlock and A J Pear, both of Tenon Recovery, 3rd Floor, Lyndean House, 43/46 Queens Road, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 3XB, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up, and are to act jointly and severally.”

At a subsequent Meeting of Creditors, duly convened pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and held on the same day, the appointment of I Cadlock and A J Pear was confirmed.
