A meeting of creditors has been summoned by the Joint Liquidators under Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, for the purpose, to consider the appointment of a Liquidation Committee. If a Liquidation Committee is not formed, the meeting will be asked to consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolutions:

“That the Joint Liquidator’s remuneration be and is hereby fixed by the creditors and payable by reference to the time properly given by the Liquidator and his staff in attending to matters arising in the liquidation and that he be authorised to draw fees on account of time costs as and when funds permit and that the Joint Liquidator’s category 2 disbursements be fixed by reference to the basis set out in his report to all creditors dated 22 December 2009 and that he be authorised to be reimbursed such disbursements as and when funds permit.

The meeting will be held on 28 January 2010 at 3.00 pm at Kingston Lodge, 94 Kingston Hill, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey, KT2 7NP.

A proxy form must be lodged at Bamfords Trust House, 85-89 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2BB no later than 12.00 noon on 27 January 2010 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one).
