At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Manfield House, 1 Southampton Street, London, WC2R 0LR, on 18 December 2009, the following Special Resolution was passed:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Tyrone Shaun Courtman and Alison Timperley, both of Cooper Parry LLP, 1 Colton Square, Leicester, LE1 1QH, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.”
