At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at Hunter House, 109 Snakes Lane West, Woodford Green, Essex IG8 0DY on 21 December 2009 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Zafar Iqbal, of Cooper Young, Hunter House, 109 Snakes Lane West, Woodford Green, Essex, IG8 0DY, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
