Pursuant to Rule 4.102 of the Insolvency Act 1986, we, Bob Maxwell and Rob Sadler of Begbies Traynor, 9th Floor, Bond Court, Leeds, LS1 2JZ, hereby give notice that we were appointed joint liquidators of the above named companies on 27 August 2009 by an order of the Court.

It is not our intention to summon a meeting of creditors for the purpose of establishing a creditors’ committee, however, under the provisions of Section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a meeting will be summoned if a request is made by one tenth in value of the companies creditors.
