Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, pursuant to an assignment made on 1 December 2009, BlackRock International Holdings, Inc. transferred the whole of the 90.75% interest held by it in BlackRock UK 1 LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration No LP011415 (the “ Partnership ”), to BR Jersey International Holdings L.P. to be held by BlackRock International Holdings, Inc. in its capacity as general partner of BR Jersey International Holdings L.P., and that with effect from the date of publication of this notice, BlackRock International Holdings, Inc. will cease to be a limited partner in the Partnership in its own capacity and will instead hold such interest in the Partnership in its capacity as general partner of BR Jersey International Holdings L.P.
