At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at 19 St Albans Gardens, Teddington, Middlesex TW11 3AE on 19 November 2009, the following special resolution was duly passed:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily; and that Michael Sutcliffe, of Sutcliffe & Co, 288 High Street, Dorking, Surrey RH4 1QT, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
