Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 2 October 2009, LaSalle Investment Management transferred the interests held by it in LaSalle UK Ventures II L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP13622, to LUKV II Carry Jersey Limited and thereupon LUKV II Carry Jersey Limited became a limited partner in the Partnership in substitution for LaSalle Investment Management.
