NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Norfolk County Council for consent to discharge up to 28 cubic metres per day of sewage effluent to an unnamed tributary of the River Tas at National Grid Reference TG 16145 00042 from the Hethel Engineering Centre, Chapman Way, Hethel, Norwich, Norfolk, NR14 8FB.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, PO Box 4209, Sheffield, S9 9BS, during the period 22/10/09 to 3/12/09 quoting reference PRENF/19125.

Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties under the Freedom of Information Act or Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the Local Environment Agency office at Kingfisher House, Goldhay Way, Orton Goldhay, Peterborough, PE2 5ZR between the hours of 9 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
