Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 11.2(1) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that the Liquidator intends to declare a first and final dividend to the Unsecured Creditors within a period of four months from the last date of proving.

Notice is also given pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that the last date for proving debts shall be Thursday, 5 November 2009.

Creditors who have not already done so should submit their claim to the Liquidator, Mr Timothy Frank Corfield, of Griffin & King at 26-28 Goodall Street, Walsall, West Midlands, WS1 1QL, by Thursday, 5 November 2009. Any Creditor who has not proved by that date will be excluded from the proposed distribution.
