- 1 CGNU Life Assurance Limited and Commercial Union Life Assurance Company Limited (the “ Retiring Partners ”) retired as limited partners in Igloo Regeneration Partnership (the “ Partnership ”), a limited partnership registered in England with No LP008100. Following this retirement the Retiring Partners ceased to be limited partners in the Partnership; and
- 2 Aviva Life & Pensions UK Limited was admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
