Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 30 June 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 9 September 2009, I Theresa Christine Frampton-Smith, of Shiloh, 38 Rosemullion Gardens, Callington PL17 7QN, divorced and a British citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Theresa Christine Smith-Perkins and assumed in lieu the name of Theresa Christine Frampton-Smith.
