Notice is hereby given that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the Company will be held at the offices of Kay Johnson Gee, Griffin Court, 201 Chapel Street, Manchester M3 5EQ, on 12 October 2009, at 11.00 am and 11.30 am respectively, for the purposes of receiving a report and account by the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, the property of the Company disposed of, and to receive any explanation regarding the conduct of the liquidation.

The following Resolutions will be put to the Meeting, that the Liquidator’s receipts and payments account to 10 September 2009 and final report be approved, and that the Liquidator be released from office.

A Dividend will not be paid to the Creditors as there were insufficient funds to meet the claims of secured and preferential Creditors and the costs and expenses of the liquidation.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Kay Johnson Gee at the above address by no later than 12.00 noon on 9 October 2009.
