In accordance with Rule 4.182A of the Insolvency Rules 1986 I, Guy Charles David Harrison of BN Jackson Norton, 2nd Floor, Davis House, 69-77 High Street, Croydon, Surrey, CR0 1QE give notice that on 1st September 2009 I was appointed Liquidator of Overzone Limited by a written resolution of the member.

Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the above company which is being voluntarily wound up, are required, on or before 30th October 2009, to send in their full names and surnames, their addresses and descriptions, full description of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to the undersigned Guy Harrison, of BN Jackson Norton, 2nd Floor, Davis House, 69-77 High Street, Croydon, Surrey, CR0 1QE, the Liquidator of the said company, and, if so required by notice in writing from the liquidator, are, personally or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in any such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from any distribution.

This notice is purely formal. All creditors have been, or will be, paid in full.
