Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 28 August 2009, EQT Funds Management Limited withdrew as a limited partner in EQT Sanitec III Co-Investment Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England with number LP013580 and transferred its entire interest to the EQT IV (General Partner) LP, a Guernsey limited partnership (acting through its general partner EQT IV Limited) of National Westminster House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3RA.
