Notice is hereby given that the Financial Services Authority has cancelled the registration of Britannia Building Society (Register No 322B) which was dissolved by virtue of section 97(9) of the Building Societies Act 1986 following the transfer of the Society’s business on the vesting date to the Co-operative Bank plc in accordance with section 97 of the said Act.
