At an extraordinary general meeting of the above named company convened and held at Ramada Farnham, Seale, Near Farnham, Surrey GU10 1EX on 28 July 2009 at 10.30 am the following special resolution numbered one and ordinary resolution numbered two were passed:

1. “That it has been resolved by special resolution that the company be wound up voluntarily”.

2. “That Stephen Powell and Gordon Johnston of Recovery hjs, Insolvency Practitioners of 12-14 Carlton Place, Southampton, Hampshire SO15 2EA be appointed joint liquidators of the company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up”.
