THE HARINGEY (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO. *) (NO.1) TRAFFIC ORDER 2009
- 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above Orders under sections 6, 35 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985.
- 2 The general effect of the Orders would be to increase:
- a the maximum stay for the existing Electric Vehicle Recharging Points from three to four hours, after recharging at a recharging point may not return to that recharging point on the same day; and
- b the number of electrical vehicle charging points from 1 place to 2 on Stoneleigh Road Car Park A, N17 and Summerland Gardens Car Park, N10.
- 3 Copies of the proposed Orders, these Orders being amended, of the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make these Orders, together with plans and more detailed particulars showing the locations and effects of these Orders can be inspected during normal office working hours, until the end of six weeks from the date on which these Orders are made or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make these Orders, at Sustainable Transport, Transport Policy and Projects, 1st Floor South, River Park House, 225 High Road, N22 8HQ.
- 4 Any person desiring to object to these proposed Orders or make other representation should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation to, Sustainable Transport, Transport Policy and Projects, 1st Floor South, River Park House, 225 High Road, N22 8HQ within 21days of the date on which this Notice is published.
