Notice is hereby given that final meetings of the members and creditors of the above-named company have been summoned by the Joint Liquidators under Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The meetings will be held at the offices of Abbott Fielding, Nexus House, 2 Cray Road, Sidcup, Kent DA14 5DA on 14 September 2009 at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively, for the purposes of granting the Joint Liquidators release and having a final account laid before them by the liquidators, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said company has been conducted, the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators.

Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the Joint Liquidators at Abbott Fielding, Nexus House, 2 Cray Road, Sidcup, Kent DA14 5DA, by no later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting.
