At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above named Company convened and held at G21, The Avenues, Eleventh Avenue North, Team Valley Trading Estate, Gateshead on 28 July 2009, at 10.00 am, the following resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily; and that Jeremy   N   Bleazard  , of XL Business Solutions, Premier House, Bradford Road, Cleckheaton, BD19 3TT, be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
