Hermes Private Equity Investments Holding 2006 Founder Partner L.P.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 16 July 2009, Susan Flynn transferred a portion of her interest in Hermes Private Equity Investments Holding 2006 Founder Partner L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP11124, to each of Delaney Brown, Karen Sands, Lynsey Register and Nicola Rutherford that on such date, Lynsey Register was admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership and Delaney Brown, Nicola Rutherford and Karen Sands increased their interest in the Partnership.
