INFORMATION (CHESTER) LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that final meetings of the members and creditors of the above company, will be held at Royce Peeling Green Limited, The Copper Room, Deva Centre, Trinity Way, Manchester M3 7BG on 21 August 2009 at 11.00 am and 11.30 am respectively for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that they may be given by the Liquidator. A member or creditor entitled to vote at the meetings may appoint a proxy to attend vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor and proxy forms must be lodged at the offices of Royce Peeling Green Limited, The Copper Room, Deva Centre, Trinity Way, Manchester M3 7BG by not later than 12 noon on 20 August 2009.
