Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that a MEETING of the CREDITORS of the above-named company will be held at 311 High Road, Loughton, Essex IG10 1AH on 3 August 2009 at 2.30 pm for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the Act.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a statement of claim, at the offices of ThorntonRones Limited, 311 High Road, Loughton, Essex IG10 1AH, not later than 12 noon on 2 August 2009. The proxy form and statement may be posted or sent by fax to 020 8418 9444.

Secured creditors may only vote for the balance of the debt, which will not be recovered by enforcement of the security, unless right to enforce is waived.

A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of ThorntonRones Limited, 311 High Road, Loughton, Essex IG10 1AH, on 30 July 2009 and 31 July 2009 between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.
