STANPLAN F – MOUNTWEST PETROLEUM ENGINEERING LIMITED
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is hereby given that the Pension Scheme Stanplan F – Mountwest Petroleum Engineering Limited (the “Scheme”) is being wound up. The assets of the Scheme will be used to secure benefits and pay any costs and expenses.
The Trustee of the Scheme is anxious to make contact with former Members of the Scheme and their beneficiaries who are, or think they are, entitled to benefits under the Scheme. Members are likely to be former employees of Mountwest Petroleum Engineering Limited. The Trustee also wishes to hear from any other person who believes he has a claim against the Scheme or an interest in the Scheme assets.
Any such persons should write to: Trustee of Stanplan F – Mountwest Petroleum Engineering Limited, c/o Post Handling Centre M, Jardine Lloyd Thompson, St James House, 7 Charlotte Street, Manchester M1 4DZ.
Claims should be made within 2 months of the date of this notice. Claimants should provide their full name and address, date of birth, national insurance number and details of the period of employment to which their claim relates.
Members of the Scheme and other beneficiaries with whom the Trustee or the scheme administrators are already in contact need not respond to this notice as their claims have already been noted.
