NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Lancashire County Council for consent to discharge up to 16.68 cubic metres per day of secondary treated sewage effluent containing no trade effluent to Wycoller Brook at National Grid Reference SD 93189 39387 from Land north of corner of Minor Road, on East side of Wycoller Beck, at North end of Wycoller Village, Adjacent to Bridge, BB8 8SY.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, PO Box 4209, Sheffield, S9 9BS, during the period 12/6/09 to 17/7/09 quoting reference NPSWQD007855.

Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties under the Freedom of Information Act or Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the Local Environment Agency office at The Environment Agency, Public Register, Riversmeet House, Newtown Industrial Estate, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 8JG between the hours of 9 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
