STOPPING-UP OF HIGHWAY, CLAY STREET, BURNLEY BOROUGH
Notice is hereby given that the Lancashire County Council, being the Highway Authority, intend to apply to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at The Court House, Colne Road, Burnley, on Thursday 16 July 2009, at 2.00 pm, for an Order authorising the stopping-up of the lengths of highway known as part of Holbeck Street and part of the rear of Clay Street, Burnley. A copy of the map showing the proposal may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours, at my offices, and at the offices of the Burnley Borough Council, Town Hall, Burnley, until the date of the Hearing. On the hearing of the application any person whose uses the highway proposed to be stopped-up, and any person who would be aggrieved by the Order applied for, shall have the right to be heard.
