On 11 May 2009, Mold Systems S.A. entered into administrative receivership. I, David Kinnaird, of 2 Jesmond Park Mews, Jesmond Park West, Newcastle upon Tyne NE7 7BA was a Director of Mold Systems S.A. during the period of 12 months ending with the day before the notice of appointment was filed. Pursuant to the Rule 4.228 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, I give notice that I am acting and intend to continue to act in one or more ways to which section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 would apply if Mold Systems S.A. were to go into insolvent liquidation in connection with, or for the purpose of, carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of Mold Systems S.A. under the following name: Mold Systems Limited.
