Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that meetings of the members and creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Begbies Traynor, 5th Floor, Riverside House, 31 Cathedral Road, Cardiff CF11 9HB on 29 June 2009 at 11.00am and 11.30am respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the winding up.
