• The City of Westminster (Parking Places) (A Zone) (Further Provisions) (No. 1) Experimental Traffic Order 2007;

• The City of Westminster (Parking Places) (B Zone) (Further Provisions) (No. 2) Experimental Traffic Order 2007;

• 2 The general effect of the Orders will be to provide that the revised hours of control at certain residents parking places, which were introduced on an experimental basis, will be retained permanently. Details of the roads affected and the revised hours of control are set out in the Schedule to this Notice.
• 3 The Orders, which will come into force on 5th May 2009, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection until 8th June 2009 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at:

• West One, 59 Buckingham Gate, London SW1E 6AJ

• One Stop Shop, City Hall, 62 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP

• 4 Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
