Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
THE ROBISON & DAVIDSON LIMITED PENSION SCHEME (“THE SCHEME”)
Notice is hereby given that any person who believes that he or she may have any benefits in the above Scheme, which commenced a Pension Protection Fund Assessment Period on 10 July 2007, is required to send particulars in writing within two months from the date of this notice, of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, current address, date of birth and National Insurance number) to: the Trustee of the Robison & Davidson Limited Pension Scheme, c/o Spence & Partners Limited, Chamber of Commerce House, 22 Great Victoria Street, Belfast BT2 7BG, marked for the attention of Neil Copeland.
After this date, the Trustee will continue the process of transferring all Scheme assets and liabilities to the Pension Protection Fund. The Trustee will not be liable to anyone who has not been in contact with us about his or her claim within the next two months.
If you are already in receipt of a pension from this Scheme, or have previously received correspondence from the Trustee in connection with your benefits from the Scheme, you may disregard this notice.
