PROVISION OF NEW OFF-STREET CAR PARK - BRENTFORD HIGH STREET

A. THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HOUNSLOW (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO.**) ORDER 20**

• 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hounslow proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 32, 35 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
• 2 The general effect of the Parking Places Amendment Order would be to further amend The London Borough of Hounslow (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 1987 to include a new off-street parking place accessed from High Street, Brentford and the scale of charges for that parking place, as specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
• 3 A copy of; the proposed Order; the above-mentioned Order of 1987; the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order; a plan which shows the area to which the Order relates, can be inspected, until the end of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published, on line at www.hounslow.gov.uk or at the Forms and Documents Counter at the London Borough of Hounslow main reception, Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN between the hours of 8:45am - 5pm Mondays to Thursdays and 8:45am - 4:45pm Fridays. • 4 Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Director of Environment, London Borough of Hounslow, Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN, quoting the reference TMO/P015/09 to be received by Friday 15 May 2009.
