NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by the Environment Agency for consent to discharge trade effluent comprising of treated fish farm effluent to The River Ceirw at National Grid Reference SJ 01950 44470 from Maerdy Hatchery, Maerdy Mill, Corwen, Conwy, LL21 0NR. This application is to consolidate four existing consent to discharge permits.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to National Assembly for Wales, Water Branch, Climate Change and Water Division, Department For Environment, Sustainability and Housing, Cathays Park, Cardiff, CF10 3NQ, during the period 23/04/09 to 4/06/09 quoting reference NPSWQD007605.

Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties under the Freedom of Information Act or Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the Local Environment Agency office at Environment Agency Wales, Public Register, Chester Road, Buckley, CH7 3AJ between the hours of 9 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
