At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company held at The Star Inn Hotel, 23 Bridge Street, Pershore, Worcestershire, on 7 April 2009, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Robert Charles Millichap of Little Badnage, Badnage Lane, Tillington, Herefordshire HR4 8LP, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of its voluntary winding-up.”

At a Meeting of Creditors held on 7 April 2009 the Creditors confirmed the appointment of Robert Charles Millichap as Liquidator.
