Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Davis House, 69-77 High Street, Croydon, Surrey, CR0 1QE on 6th May 2009 at 11.00 am for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and to receive any explanations that may be given by the liquidator.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of the company.
