At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Days Hotel, Station Approach, South Ruislip, Middlesex HA4 0HG on 23 March 2009 the following Special Resolution was duly passed:-

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that the Company should be wound-up voluntarily and that Solomon Cohen, FCA, (Licensed Insolvency Practitioner) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator.”

At a subsequent Meeting of the Creditors of the Company held at Days Hotel, Station Approach, South Ruislip, Middlesex HA4 0HG on 23 March 2009, the appointment of the said Solomon Cohen, FCA, of Great Central House, Great Central Avenue, South Ruislip, Middlesex HA4 6TS, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner as Liquidator was confirmed for the purposes of winding-up the Company.
