Notice is hereby given, pursuant Legislation section: to Section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at Fernwood House, Fernwood Road, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 1TJ on 14 April 2009 at 11.30 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
