At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at the offices of Walletts Insolvency Services, Adventure Place, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST1 3AF on 24 March 2009 the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special and Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company resolve by Special Resolution to be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Francis McCarthy, of Walletts Insolvency Services, 2-6 Adventure Place, Hanley, Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire, ST1 3AF, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
