Final meetings of the contributories and creditors of the above-named company have been summoned by the Liquidator pursuant to section 106(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of receiving the liquidator’s final report to creditors and an account of the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the company’s property disposed of. The meetings will be held at Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA on 11 May 2009 at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively. A proxy form is available which must be lodged with me not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting to entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one.
