Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Harrisons, Third Floor, Goldsmiths’ House, Broad Plain, Bristol BS2 0JP, on 20 April 2009, at 10.30 am, for the following purposes, to approve the Liquidator’s final receipts and payments account, to authorise the release of J C Sallabank from acting as Liquidator of the above Company and to authorise the destruction of the books and papers of the Company 12 months after dissolution. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Joint Liquidator at Harrisons, Third Floor, Goldsmiths’ House, Broad Plain, Bristol BS2 0JP, no later than 12.00 noon on the preceding working day.
