At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 67 Butts Green Road, Hornchurch, Essex RM11 2JS, on20 March 2009at 11.00 am the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and thatG Mummery andP Atkinson , both ofVantis Business Recovery Services,43-45 Butts Green Road, Hornchurch, Essex RM11 2JX, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.”
